 7), the operator is not allowed to leave the job in the mill work, should pay attention to the strip into the roll, whether there is winding phenomenon, such as the occurrence of rolling should stop immediately to prevent double-rolled steel strip, to prevent safety, equipment accidents occur.

 8), carefully check the product and the use of the pressure plate canvas, tarpaulin and other debris on the cleaning cloth, so as to avoid the roller surface serious wear and tear.  Second, the failure causes:

 2), peel off: because the roll cracks continue to use the crack growth, it will Gradually form flaky or peeled, slight problems can be resumed after grinding can be used, leading to serious scrapped.

 3) Draw pit: The draw pit is mainly due to the weld of the steel strip or other debris entering the rolling mill so that the roll face is drawn into pits of different shapes. In general, the pit must be changed for roll. When the steel strip enters the roll, it must lift the roll and can not continue to press it down to prevent the roll from scratching.

 4), sticky roller: The main reason is sticky roller partial reduction is too large, broken pieces, broken edge, etc., generally slightly sticky rollers can be restored after use by roller surface grinding, but this roller can not be used for high-grade product processing .

Third, lubrication and maintenance:

1), rack liner twice per class, 20 # oil;

5), put the reel, the drive shaft, bearing secondary every shift, 20 # oil; 

6), the screw box, bearing seat once a week, 20 # oil; 

7), the gear box every 2-3 months, 3 # lithium-based lubricants; 

8), gear box once every three months, gear oil 220 #; 

9),Once, the gear oil 220 # 320 #; 

10), check the hydraulic system every 2-3 weeks refueling, HJ46 # hydraulic oil. 

Fourth, the basic maintenance operator:

1), in strict accordance with operating procedures and mill operation requirements for operation and operation. 

2) The equipment shall be repaired according to the above provisions. When the wearing parts are not in conformity with the requirements, they shall be reported to the metalworker for replacement in time. 

3) The equipment is lubricated according to the lubrication and maintenance regulations, adding the corresponding oil and replacing the new oil. 

4) During handover, strictly inspect the equipment after using the machine for work, and if there is an abnormal phenomenon, report to the supervisor on duty for reasons and find that the coupling is tightened immediately, then refuel each lubrication point before production.
