1. Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, China. It is about 55KM from 

Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport, by car takes about one hour. We will pick you

 up at the airport.

III. Equipment makeup and main parameters of single unit:

1.Coil car and storage

Structure: four rollers,hydraulic lift bridge,drive by alternating current.

2. Uncoiler

Structure: there are expanding and shrinking roll canister on the cantilever end of main cantilever. Main axes is hollow structure. The hydraulic vat which is behind the main axes could drive the roll canister expanding and shrinking through the center drag staff. Roll canister is composed by fan-shaped board, center glide block and so on. Cantilever main axes is supported on the whole body of case. And the case can glide on the basement according to hydraulic vat.

3. Shovel board device

a) Driven:        by A.C. motor

c) The shovel board has a quenching replaceable blade. When the diameter changed, the shovel board shrink by hydraulic. And also swing by hydraulic.

 

4. Feeding and Flattening

Function: lead and flatten the strip, and then send the strip into disc shear.

Structure: two rollers feeding and five rollers flattening, the upper roll drived by motor.

 5. Shear the ends

    Function: cutting the untidy part of the ends. It’s cut by hydraulic.

10. Locating expanding set

Place: between disc cut and recoiler

It is composed by frame, locate expending roll and distribute disc rollers.

11. Recoiler

Function: recoil the strips after slitting                            

Structure: there are expanding and shrinking roll canister on the cantilever end of main cantilever. Main axes is hollow structure. The hydraulic vat which is behind the main axes could drive the roll canister expanding and shrinking through the center drag staff. Roll cantilever is composed by fan-shaped board, center thimble, cuniform flank and nip plier. Total have four fan-shaped board, three board can expanding and shrinking.
